Filled with vampires, these lands were dark and mysterious; death loomed and there was a distinctive chill in the air. Faint manic laughter rang out from every belfry, resounding in one’s ears and making its’ way down the spinal column in a convulsive shiver. Apart from that the people were lovely, the air clear and the quaint villages of Brasov (pronounced Brashov) and Rasnov were idillic havens of Romanian beauty. Oh, and it turns out Dracula is a teenage kid with dark curly hair, loves rock n’roll but still drinks the blood from only the prettiest girls…
